### Subtitle 3. Alcoholic Beverage Tax Revenue Distribution

#### Section 2-303

The Comptroller shall distribute the proceeds from sales of contraband alcoholic beverages and conveyances under Sec. 13-841(a) or (d) of this article to the General Fund.
