### Subtitle 6. Income Tax Revenue Distribution

#### Section 2-605.3

After making the distributions required under Sec.Sec. 2-604, 2-605, 2-605.1, and 2-605.2 of this subtitle, from the remaining income tax revenue from individuals, the Comptroller shall distribute 37.5% of the income tax revenue attributable to the tax imposed under Sec. 10-105(a)(3) of this article to the Transportation Trust Fund.
