## Title 7. Property Tax Exemptions

### Subtitle 3. State Property Tax Exemption

#### Section 7-306

Property is not subject to State property tax if the property:

(1) is owned by The Maryland State Game and Fish Protective Association, Inc.; and

(2) is used to educate the public on hunting safety.
