Title 11. Vehicle Laws -- Definitions; General Provisions

Subtitle 1. Definitions

“Bus” means:

(1)

A motor vehicle that is designed to carry more than ten passengers and is used to carry people; and

(2)

Any other motor vehicle that is designed and used to carry people for compensation, except for a taxicab.
