In this section, “Division of Correction” means the Division of Correction of the Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services. The Administration shall issue an identification card under § 12–301 of this subtitle at no cost to an individual who applies for an identification card and presents: An identification card issued by the Division of Correction that displays: The individual’s full name; A photograph of the individual; and A unique identification number assigned to the individual by the Division of Correction; and The individual’s Social Security card.
