Special registration plates issued to a transporter under § 13-625 of this title are Class 5 (transporter) registration plates. For Class 5 (transporter) registration plates, the annual registration fee for each registration plate issued to the applicant shall be established by the Administration. A Class 5 (transporter) registration plate may be used on vehicles transported by the transporter, but only as permitted by § 13-625 of this title.
