Each license shall state: The type of vehicles in which the licensee may deal; The locations from which the licensee may deal in that type of vehicle; If it is a license to deal in new vehicles, the make of new vehicles in which the licensee may deal; As to a wholesale dealer, that the wholesale dealer may not sell a vehicle to or exchange vehicles with a retail buyer; and As to a wholesale dealer, that the wholesale dealer may not buy, sell, or exchange new vehicles.
