A commercial driver’s license training school shall include as part of its curriculum education and training on the recognition, prevention, and effective reporting of human trafficking. The Administration shall: Include as part of its Commercial Driver’s License Manual content on the recognition, prevention, and effective reporting of human trafficking; and Provide to an applicant renewing a commercial driver’s license information from the Manual on the recognition, prevention, and effective reporting of human trafficking.
