## Title 18.5. Peer-to-peer Car Sharing Programs

### Subtitle 1

#### Section 18.5-106

In accordance with Sec. 5-408 of this article, a peer-to-peer car sharing program must have a concession fee agreement with the Maryland Aviation Administration to operate at an airport in the State.
