The following units are in the Department: Maryland Aviation Administration; Maryland Port Administration; Maryland Transit Administration; State Highway Administration; Motor Vehicle Administration; Board of Airport Zoning Appeals; State Roads Commission; Transportation Professional Services Selection Board; and Maryland Transportation Commission. The Department also includes any other unit that, in accordance with law, is declared to be in the Department.
