### Subtitle 1. Organization and General Authority of the Department

#### Section 2-110

The Department may enter into contracts for the provision of waterborne marine fire protection and related waterborne emergency services to port facilities, as defined in Sec. 6-101 of this article, and to vessels that are in any of the navigable waters of this State within the territorial jurisdiction of the Maryland Port Administration.
