## Title 20. Vehicle Laws -- Accidents and Accident Reports

### Subtitle 1

#### Section 20-101

(a) This title applies throughout this State, whether on or off a highway.

(b) All of the provisions of Sec.Sec. 20-101 through 20-105 of this title apply to the owner of any vehicle who is present when the accident occurs, whether or not the owner is the driver.
