### Subtitle 4. Other Equipment

#### Section 22-402.2

(a) In this section, "dealer" has the meaning stated in Sec. 15-101 of this article.

(b) A dealer may not sell or offer for sale a vehicle on which an exhaust emission control, gasoline tank filler inlet, or crankcase ventilation device described under Sec. 22-402.1 of this subtitle is removed or altered.
