## Title 23. Vehicle Laws -- Inspection of Used Vehicles and Warnings for Defective Equipment

### Subtitle 2. Motor Vehicle Emissions Inspection

#### Section 23-204

The facilities established or approved under Sec. 23-203 of this subtitle shall conduct the exhaust emissions tests and emissions equipment and misfueling inspections of motor vehicles to determine whether each vehicle complies with emissions standards established under this subtitle for that vehicle.
