### Subtitle 3. Financing of Projects

#### Section 4-305

The revenue bonds, notes, and other evidences of obligation issued under this subtitle and their issuance and sale are exempt from the provisions of Sec.Sec. 8-206 and 8-208 of the State Finance and Procurement Article, and the Authority may sell them at either public or private sale in the manner and for the price that it determines.
