Subtitle 6. Airport Zoning -- by Political Subdivisions

(a)

In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.

(b)

“Airport” means any airport licensed by the Administration.

(c)

“Substantially alter” includes reconstruct, rebuild, replace, or substantially change or repair.
