### Subtitle 8. Noise Zone Regulations

#### Section 5-819

For all airports owned by this State, the Executive Director shall discharge all of the obligations required of an airport operator by Sec.Sec. 5-805 and 5-806 of this subtitle, including the delineation of noise zones and the establishment of any required noise abatement plans.
