§ 7–205.1LinkCopy Citation
The Governor shall include in the State budget an appropriation from the Transportation Trust Fund to the Bus Rapid Transit Fund established under § 2–802.1 of this article for bus rapid transit system grants in accordance with § 2–802 of this article in the following amounts:
(1)
For fiscal year 2026, $10,000,000; and
(2)
For fiscal year 2027 and each fiscal year thereafter, $12,000,000.
