On or before December 31 each year, the Department shall submit a report to the Governor and, in accordance with § 2–1257 of the State Government Article, the General Assembly that includes: The status of Vision Zero; The activities, and any findings and recommendations, of the coordinator; and A summary of each quarterly public meeting held in the previous year. The Department shall make the report required under subsection (a) of this section available on its website.
