### Subtitle 3. Acquisition and Disposition of Property

#### Section 8-301

(a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.

(b) "Court" means the circuit court for any county.

(c) "Land" means real property or any interest in it.

(d) "Plat" means a plat or a map.
