Regulation .01 Income Eligibility Figures Applicable to Condominium Conversions in Maryland.

Pursuant to the provisions of the Real Property Article, §11-137, Annotated Code of Maryland, and Corporations and Associations Article, §5-6B-07, income eligibility figures have been prepared to assist in the determination of “designated households” within the meaning of these sections.

A county or incorporated municipality which is located within a Standard Metropolitan Statistical Area (SMSA) may, by ordinance or resolution, adopt the income eligibility figure applicable to the county or to the SMSA.
