Regulation .02 General.

Only a bona fide charitable organization may conduct a raffle of real property under authority of Criminal Law Article, §12-106, Annotated Code of Maryland.

A charitable organization may not sell, advertise for sale, or offer for sale in this State any chance for a raffle of real property except in accordance with this chapter.
