#### Regulation .03 Eligible Petitioning Groups.

*COMAR 01.06.01.03*

A group may apply to the Commission for formal recognition of its Maryland Indian status if the group is:

A. A Native American tribe, band, group, or clan; and

B. Indigenous to Maryland.
