Regulation .08 Filing of Pleadings and Papers.

After service on a respondent of notice issued pursuant to Regulation .06 of this chapter, a party shall file pleadings and papers with:

The Agency, if the hearing is before the Chief; or

The Office, if the hearing authority is delegated to the Office.
