The Division shall prepare and send to at least six newspapers of general circulation in Maryland notice of every cease and desist action filed. The Division shall include in the notice: A summary of the allegations; The date and time the case is scheduled for hearing, if a hearing has been scheduled; and A statement that hearings are open to the public.
