#### Regulation .04 Distribution of Handbills.

*COMAR 04.05.01.04*

Except as provided in COMAR 04.05.02, the distribution by the public of materials such as handbills, pamphlets, and letters in indoor areas of the property is prohibited without the prior approval of the appropriate superintendent or manager.
