### Chapter 01 — General

#### Regulation .01 Applicability.

*COMAR 04.06.01.01*

This subtitle applies to all leases of State-owned property to any State employee, agent, servant, or other individual in State service for the purpose of permitting the individual to maintain a residence on or in the property.
