## Subtitle 06 — Employee Housing Leases

### Chapter 01 — General

#### Regulation .04 Rent.

*COMAR 04.06.01.04*

A. The Department shall approve the rent for employee housing.

B. In reviewing the rent for employee housing, the Department shall consider:

  (1) The physical condition of the housing;

  (2) The maintenance cost; and

  (3) Appraisals of the property as determined by an appropriate appraisal method including but not limited to the Maryland State Department of Assessments and Taxation.
