The Department shall approve the rent for employee housing. In reviewing the rent for employee housing, the Department shall consider: The physical condition of the housing; The maintenance cost; and Appraisals of the property as determined by an appropriate appraisal method including but not limited to the Maryland State Department of Assessments and Taxation.
