Eligible projects shall be: A low-energy or net-zero home upon completion; Properly zoned for residential use; Rehabilitated or constructed in accordance with the applicable federal, State, and local building, zoning, environmental, health, and housing codes and standards, which includes the latest version of the building codes adopted by the Department; and Sold or rented to an individual that will use the property as their residence.
