Proceeds of a loan may finance the following improvements: Repairs, improvements, and modifications to existing dwelling units, to the extent required by applicable codes and standards relating to accessory, shared, or sheltered housing facilities; Additions, modifications, and improvements, including all fixtures and finishes, necessary to create accessory, shared, or sheltered housing facilities. Closing costs and related costs described in Regulation .03B(5) and (26) of this chapter, respectively, may be included in a loan to an owner-occupant.
