These regulations set forth the policies, procedures, and authorization for:
A.
Issuance of mortgage insurance and credit enhancement under the general reserve established in COMAR 05.06.01.04A(5); and
B.
Agreements with mortgage lenders and mortgage insurers to share financial risk and insurance fees in connection with loans insured by the Maryland Housing Fund under its general reserve.
