These regulations are intended to supplement and clarify the provisions of the Assisted Housing Preservation Act, Housing and Community Development Article, Title 7, Annotated Code of Maryland. These regulations should be read in conjunction with the Act. These regulations include the standards for granting, and procedures for requesting, exemptions from certain otherwise applicable requirements of the Act.
