Regulation .13 Urgent or Emergency Projects Reserve.

In any fiscal year, the Secretary may hold up to 10 percent of the money in the Fund in reserve for emergency use or urgent projects.

After determining an emergency or urgent project exists, the Secretary may approve a community legacy project or a neighborhood intervention project.

Any funds held in reserve that are not used for emergency use or urgent projects shall be administered in accordance with the Act.
