Regulation .02 Objective.

The production of decent, affordable housing for families of limited income through the use of self-help methods of rehabilitation and construction;

Homeownership opportunities for those families for whom it would otherwise not be available without the cost savings achieved by using the self-help methods of rehabilitation and construction; and

Self-reliance, pride of ownership, and sense of community for families who participate in the Program.
