These regulations describe the policies and procedures for making: Operating assistance grants under the National Foreclosure Mitigation Counseling Program (NFMC); Operating assistance grants under the Housing Counseling and Foreclosure Mediation Fund (HCFMF); and Other housing counseling grants.
