The Citizens' Review Board for Children (CRBC), formerly the Foster Care Review Board: Reviews cases of children in out-of-home placement to promote their: Safety in out-of-home placement; Placement in a safe, nurturing, and permanent home; and Healthy development; Monitors child welfare programs under the Department; and Makes recommendations for system improvement to enhance the management of individual children's cases.
