A.
The Secretary shall ensure the timely and accurate flow of information requested by the State and local boards to perform:
(1)
Timely and meaningful case reviews; and
(2)
Program monitoring functions.
B.
The Secretary shall take immediate action to enforce compliance when the local department fails to comply with:
(1)
This chapter; or
(2)
The local plan.
