A.
Each applicant for adoption assistance or family who is receiving adoption assistance has the right to appeal the denial, reduction, suspension, or termination of adoption assistance.
B.
The local department shall:
(1)
Notify the applicant or family of the right to appeal the local department’s decision in writing; and
(2)
Provide information as to the procedure to be followed in making an appeal.
