Regulation .17 Fair Hearings and Nondiscrimination.

The resident, a representative acting on behalf of the resident, or the provider may request a fair hearing as provided in COMAR 07.01.04.

The local department and provider are subject to the prohibition against discrimination as stated in COMAR 07.01.03.
