An appellant and the local department shall notify OAH of any CINA proceeding of which they are aware concerning a child: Who has been allegedly abused or neglected by the appellant; or Who is in the care, custody, or household of the appellant. If a CINA proceeding is pending, OAH shall stay the hearing until the child is found by a court to be a CINA or the CINA proceeding is otherwise concluded. After a CINA proceeding has concluded, OAH shall vacate the stay and schedule further proceedings in accordance with this chapter.
