The local department, in accordance with COMAR 07.01.04, shall provide the opportunity for a fair hearing if guardianship assistance is: Denied; Suspended; Reduced; or Terminated for reasons other than: The child reaches age 21; The child dies; or All relative guardians who are party to both the assistance agreement and the court decree for custody and guardianship die.
