A.
On the effective date of this chapter, individuals for whom a period of eligibility had been established under COMAR 07.06.05 shall continue that eligibility period until the:
(1)
Eligibility period expires; or
(2)
Individual becomes ineligible.
B.
The local department shall:
(1)
Notify the individual before the period of eligibility expires that the individual must reapply for continued assistance; and
(2)
Apply the provisions of this chapter to determine the continued eligibility for individuals described in §A of this regulation.
