On the effective date of this chapter, individuals for whom a period of eligibility had been established under COMAR 07.06.05 shall continue that eligibility period until the: Eligibility period expires; or Individual becomes ineligible. The local department shall: Notify the individual before the period of eligibility expires that the individual must reapply for continued assistance; and Apply the provisions of this chapter to determine the continued eligibility for individuals described in §A of this regulation.
