Regulation .48 Reporting Time Limits.

Households shall report a required change not later than 10 days after the end of the calendar month in which the change occurred.

The household shall report any change listed in Regulation .47 of this chapter that occurs after the interview but before the date of the notice of eligibility, within 10 days of the date of the notice.

PA households that report changes in circumstances on a PA change form are considered to have reported the change for food stamp purposes.
