If a household is divided, the energy supplier shall credit the undelivered benefit to the part of the household that remains at the original residence. The energy supplier shall return the undelivered benefit to MEAP for reallocation if the original residence is abandoned. New households formed as a result of division of the original household may apply for assistance. A household may receive only one benefit during the heating season except as provided for in Regulation .07B(2) of this chapter.
