Regulation .10 Administrative Hearing Process.

The local agency shall have a grievance procedure and attempt to resolve grievances at the local level.

The local agency shall give written notification of the right to and the procedures for requesting and obtaining a fair hearing to each applicant or recipient whenever the local agency notifies the applicant or recipient of any action which might deny, delay, suspend, reduce, or terminate assistance.

The appeal procedures are set forth in COMAR 07.01.04.03H.
