A.
To provide private foster care services, the agency shall:
(1)
Be licensed as a child placement agency by the Administration in accordance with COMAR 07.05.01; and
(2)
Have a written service plan for the provision of its foster care services based on the requirements of this chapter.
B.
To obtain and maintain a license for the provision of treatment foster care services, an agency shall abide by the requirements of this chapter and COMAR 07.05.01 and 07.02.21.
