The agency shall have a written plan for continuing recruitment of foster parents which includes: Methods of recruitment; Sources to be used; Time-related goals for applicant recruitment; Designated recruitment staff; and Funding to implement the plan. The recruitment plan shall reflect the medical, cultural, and geographic needs of children awaiting placement.
