A.
ORV trails are generally described in this regulation and identified on the location maps in Regulation .12 of this chapter.
B.
Before acquiring or designating a trail or road for off-road use, the Department shall:
(1)
Give public notice of the proposed new trail or road;
(2)
Collect public comment; and
(3)
Place signs on designated ORV trails.
